Delivery

Delivery costs : The price for postage and packaging for orders to the UK start from £1.50 and is non-refundable. The cost depends on the weight. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases no matter how small. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Please contact us if you do not want your order to be sent Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, if you choose this option we cannot guarantee your items will be resent should they go missing in the post.

All purchases to Europe will be charged £5.99 and all purchases to other overseas destinations will be charged £8.99.

Delivery times : Most orders are despatched within 48 hours making UK delivery about 3-5 working days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this may take longer.

Please allow 4-6 working days for postal delivery to Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.

If you would like to track your order, please contact us and we will send you the Royal Mail tracking reference, which will enable you to see when your order is likely to be delivered.

The courier will usually try to deliver the goods twice, often on two days in a row. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.

Returns : We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
